Use SearchComments with public videos for legitimate research, moderation, audience analysis and export workflows. Follow applicable laws and the source platform’s terms.
Availability
Provider availability, public video status, quotas and platform changes can interrupt retrieval. The service is provided without a promise that every comment or reply will be returned.
Your responsibility
Do not use exported data for harassment, unlawful profiling, spam or attempts to identify private information. You are responsible for how you store and use an export.
Paid export credits
Paid packs add non-expiring row credits to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. A credit is used for each unique comment or reply row delivered by an advanced job; unused job reservations are returned to the account balance. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout.
Support and billing questions
For a missing credit purchase, duplicate charge, failed export, or other service question, email hello@searchcomments.com from the address used for the account. Include the order reference when available, but never send a full payment-card number.
