Data you provide

You provide a public TikTok or YouTube video URL and optional search or filter choices. The free workspace does not require a TikTok or YouTube account login.

Public comment data

Comments and replies can contain names, handles, text and public engagement counts. SearchComments processes provider-returned rows to display and export the requested view.

Caching and logs

Short-lived caches reduce repeated provider calls. When you continue from a free result into the matching platform’s advanced Exporter, the current result and filters are passed once through this tab’s session storage; the handoff expires after five minutes and is removed when opened. Operational logs record hashed client identifiers, result counts, timing, cache state and estimated cost; they are designed not to record API keys or comment bodies.

Accounts and payments

The free workspace works without a SearchComments account. Paid TikTok and YouTube export packs require an account managed by Clerk. Checkout and payment records are processed by Creem; SearchComments stores the account identifier, email, order references, purchased row credits and export usage needed to provide the service, but does not receive or store full payment-card details.
